A wide variety of pastas are served. Sauces include Marinara, Alfredo, Cheese & Blush. Accompanied with Blended Cheeses, Fresh Vegetables, Meat and Seafood (such as Baby Shrimp, Sliced Ham, Turkey pieces,etc.), Sun-dried Tomatoes, Onions, Peppers, Broccoli, Mushrooms, Olives, etc.
Fresh Salade Station
Boston, Bibb and Romaine Lettuces, Tomatoes, Onions, Peppers, Mushrooms, Sun-dried Tomatoes, Baby Carrots, Broccoli, Various Grated Cheeses, Baby Shrimp and Chicken Toppings. Dressings included are Poppy Seed, Raspberry Vinaigrette, and Honey Mustard.
Stir Fried Vegetable Station
Choices include: Beef, Chicken, Shrimp blended with a wide variety of Fresh Vegetables (Snow Peas, baby Corn, Baby Carrots, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Mushrooms, Red and Green Peppers, Onions), Sauces and Spices Stir-fried in an electric wok.
Over-Stuffed Potato Station
Rhein’s famous Over-Stuffed Potatoes topped with Bacon or Ham, various cheese, Mushrooms, Red and Green Peppers, accompanied by Sour Crème, Chives or Spring Onions.
Mexican Station
Make your own Taco Shell or Burrito with Spiced Beef, Cheddar cheese, Shredded Lettuce, Hot and Mild Taco Salsa, Onions, Diced Tomatoes and Sour Crème.
